‘Make It Happen’ (MiH) is a 6 days immersive in-person course, designed to help participants embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Led by Swami Swaroopananda, the Global Head of Chinmaya Mission, the course equips you with the tools to unlock your full potential, overcome limitations, and discover your unique life purpose.

The course will take place from:

• Start Date: 20th August 2026 (Check-in 8 AM)

• End Date: 25th August 2026 (Check-out 8 PM)

• Venue: Vintage Villas Hotel & Events, Austin, TX

The early-bird course registration fee of $4200 includes:

• 6 days of in-person training and sessions

Yes, you can choose to have your own room for an additional $1500, providing privacy and personal space during your stay.

Absolutely! This course welcomes participants from around the world. Travel and visa arrangements should be made by the participants themselves.

This policy applies to individuals and payments made via personal funds. Payments made through Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs), company matching programs, or other institutions cannot be returned or refunded.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• All requests for cancellations and refunds must be sent via email to makeithappen@chinmayamisson.com

• Full Refund: A full refund (minus $500 registration fee) will be provided for cancellations made by February 1, 2026.

• Partial Refund: A 50% refund (minus $500 registration fee) will be provided from February 2 – April 30, 2026.

• No Refund: No refund will be provided from May 1, 2026, onwards. All payments will be forfeited.

Participants are responsible for their travel arrangements to and from the venue. We recommend arriving at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).
